If you do not provide consent for these purposes, AppOnboard will not use your information in those ways. If you have previously provided consent but later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

AppOnboard does not currently rely on your consent for any of our collection or use of your data. However, if you would like to object to any of our uses of your data, you may submit an Objection to Processing request in this form. Right to Be Informed (Article 13 and 14)

You have the right to know what data we collect about you, how and why we use it, and how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for this information.

We will notify you if we make any changes to our Privacy Policy that will affect the way we collect, use or store any data about you so that you can stay informed.

Right to Access (Article 15)

You have the right to obtain a copy of any information about you that AppOnboard collects, stores or uses. If you request this information, we will also tell you how any why we use it, where it was collected from, how long we retain it, and which business partners we share that information with.

Right to Rectification (Article 16)

If you believe any of the information about you that AppOnboard collects, stores or uses is incorrect, you may request that we correct these inaccuracies. When making this request, please tell us the information that you believe is incorrect and how it should be changed.

We will pass along your request to any business partners we have shared this information with so that they can correct their information as well. Please see the ‘Notification Obligation’ section below for more information.

Right to Erasure (“Right to Be Forgotten” Article 17)

You have the right to request that AppOnboard delete any information we have stored about you that could be used to identify you or your device. AppOnboard will honor these requests unless there is an overriding reason that the data cannot be deleted at the time.

If AppOnboard cannot delete the data immediately, we will restrict the processing of that data so that it may only be used for those overriding purposes. In these cases, we will inform you about the restriction without undue delay. Please see the Right to Restriction of Processing section below for more information.

Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18)

Sometimes when AppOnboard receives a Request for Erasure, there may be an overriding reason that prevents us from deleting the data immediately, such as a legal requirement to retain the data for a specific period. In these cases, we will restrict the use of that data so that it may only be used for the overriding purposes that prevent the deletion. We will also inform you about the restriction without undue delay.

As soon as the overriding reason no longer applies, AppOnboard will delete the data and inform you that the deletion is complete.

Notification Obligation (Article 19)

If you make a request for Rectification, Erasure or Restriction, AppOnboard will communicate this request to any other business partners we share the affected information with. This helps ensure that your request is carried out anywhere that your data is located without additional burden on you.

If you would like to know which business partners we pass your request to, please let us know by requesting this information in the Notes field of your request for Rectification or Erasure.

Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive a copy of any information about you that AppOnboard collects, stores or uses in a commonly used, machine-readable format, and you may send this data to others without any interference or objection from AppOnboard.

If you would like to receive a copy of your information, please submit a Request for Access.

Right to Object to Processing (Article 21)

You have the right to object to some of the ways AppOnboard collects, stores or uses your data. When making such a request, please provide additional information concerning how you believe our use of your data endangers your interests, rights or freedoms. AppOnboard will consider each objection to processing individually and, unless we identify overriding legitimate grounds to continue the processing, will honor your objection. We will communicate this decision to you as soon as possible.

Right to Object to Automated Individual Decision Making (Article 22)

You have the right to be free from automated decision-making about you if those decisions may have legal or other significant effects on you unless you have provided your consent for such decisions.

AppOnboard will not perform such significant automated decision making about you without first obtaining your explicit, informed consent. Please refer to the top of this guide for more information about providing and withdrawing consent.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Article 77)

If you feel that AppOnboard has infringed on your rights under the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of a European Union Member State.
